Rishabh Jain, CPA

Hello, I’m Rishabh Jain, a U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 5 years of professional experience in U.S. taxation. Over the years, I have built a career that blends deep technical expertise with a strong passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring tax professionals.

My Teaching Journey

Began my teaching career in 2022, training CPA and EA aspirants with a focus on clarity and practical learning.

Mentored hundreds of students and professionals who have gone on to secure positions in Big 4, Top 50 firms, and multinational corporations.

Known for my ability to simplify complex U.S. tax concepts, making them accessible and easy to grasp.

My Professional Journey

  • Deputy Manager in a Top 50 U.S. Accounting Firm, where I have led and managed U.S. tax engagements.
  • Hands-on experience with a wide range of U.S. tax forms, including  Forms 1065, 1120, 1120S, 5471, 114, 1040, and 990. 
  • Specialized in working with individual clients, pass-through entities, corporations, and international tax structures. Skilled in bookkeeping, tax compliance, IRS procedures, and representation.
