IRS ENROLLED AGENT
Enrolled Agent

The highest tax credential
from the U.S. Treasury.

The Enrolled Agent (EA) credential is the highest tax-specific designation awarded by the United States Federal Government through the Internal Revenue Service. Unlike the CPA license, which is regulated independently by individual state accountancy boards, the EA is a federal credential governed under Treasury Department Circular 230. It confers full, unrestricted practice rights to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service across all 50 U.S. states and international jurisdictions. At RJ Academia, the Enrolled Agent program is structured as a focused 6 to 8 month fast-track curriculum designed to prepare candidates to pass all three parts of the Special Enrollment Examination (SEE) on their first attempt. Through our official educational partnership with HOCK International, students receive access to world-class study textbooks, comprehensive mock exam engines, and extensive question banks aligned with current IRS exam specifications.
